Jeddo is equipped with a Class B AIS transponder, sending position reports every 30 seconds when moving faster than 2kts. However, Class B only transmits at 2 Watts, which may not reach shore stations when offshore away from land.
Note:- Tracking will only work when in range of AIS receiver stations. Signals may be lost due to VHF range, weather conditions and height of shore stations. Check “Received” times to determine if the position shown is current.
